Closenia may process user-submitted conversation content that could contain sensitive, personal, or third-party information. By submitting any content to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit that content and are not violating applicable privacy obligations. We strongly encourage users to remove names and sensitive identifying information before uploading content.

  • AI Training / Data Usage Transparency: We use user-submitted conversation content primarily to generate the inferences and predictions requested by the user. De-identified and aggregated conversation content may ALSO be used to improve AI models and product performance over time.

  • Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors for hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and authentication.
  • Messaging Provider Disclosure (Twilio / WhatsApp): Closenia operates via WhatsApp messaging using Twilio. User messages and data may be transmitted through third-party messaging platforms and infrastructure providers such as Twilio and Meta (WhatsApp) in order to deliver the Service.
  • Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect users from fraud or abuse.

6. DATA RETENTION CLARITY

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. As an example retention logic, we may automatically delete or anonymize user-submitted conversation data associated with inactive accounts after 12 months, or immediately upon explicit user request. When we no longer need personal information, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
