By accessing or using Closenia ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
Closenia provides AI-based analysis of interpersonal conversations, including detection of conversational patterns, estimation of engagement, and generation of possible response options. The Service is designed as a decision-support tool under uncertainty. All outputs are probabilistic, interpretative, and non-deterministic.
Closenia does not and cannot predict human behavior or outcomes. Any results provided by the Service do not guarantee accuracy, do not predict future actions, and do not ensure any specific result. Outputs are signals, not facts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to use the Service in any unlawful or unauthorized manner. Furthermore, you explicitly agree not to use the Service for harassment, manipulation, stalking, coercion, deception, or any unlawful or harmful communication strategies.
All content, software, systems, and materials within the Service are owned by Closenia or its licensors. You may use the generated responses and outputs for your personal communication purposes. However, Closenia retains all rights to system analytics, aggregated insights, model weights, and platform improvements derived from interactions.
Certain features of the Service may require payment, and free tiers may be subject to usage limits (e.g., maximum analyses per month). You agree to provide accurate billing information. Any attempts to bypass usage restrictions, abuse the free tier, or create multiple accounts to avoid limits may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
The Service may involve analysis of conversations that include third parties. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use such content and are not violating any privacy, confidentiality, or legal obligations.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Closenia disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, as the platform depends on generative AI systems and third-party infrastructure that may experience latency or downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closenia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; emotional distress; loss of relationships; or decisions made based on the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, in accordance with applicable rules.
